It seems that the most difficult step is to find someone who can sign you key. Per, what would be the best way to handle that? 5 min googling turned up this: http://aperiodic.net/phil/pgp/tutorial.html And this list of debian signers http://nm.debian.org/gpg.php I guess we would need one key for you and one for Jose (we cannot share a LyX key).
