I suspect we owe thanks to the people behind the Windows installers
(Uwe and Joost) for this. Making LyX more visible and easy to install
might be what "lured" them in :-)
Hmm.. I don't feel lured.....
Hopefully the build tool docs for windows are also updated one
time..........
