When I open lyx 1.6.0 from an xterm, every time I close a file I see the message

On a second note, opening a file produced by 1.6.rc5, it said: LyX: \end_deeper: depth is already null [around line 2660 of file /tmp/lyx_tmpdir.TJ5776/Buffer_readFile.BC5776 current token: '\end_deeper' context: 'InsetCommandParams::read'] May I just ignore these messages?
