Look in ftp://ftp.lyx.org/pub/lyx/bin/1.6.0/ (which is linked off the
download section of the LyX site). They file names no longer include
'Alt', but those are Uwe's installers (...Bundle... contains MiKTeX and
I think a few other supporting apps; the other one is just LyX and a
trimmed down Python). I too prefer Uwe's variant (it's less taxing on
my firewall).
