Unfortunetly this is not the case. I had MiKTeX update before doing the
exporting. I redid it now, but MiKTeX was up to date, and I reconfigured LyX,
still I get an empty output.
You're right. It worked for me with the latest tex4ht, but the updated
MiKTeX version still doesn't seem to work. Uwe has contacted the author
of MiKTeX about tex4ht, so maybe he knows more about this.
