It is related to the removal of FAQ, I guess.
You can try for now to run make install in src/...
Otherwise, a "make distclean; ./autogen.sh; configure [...]" may be
enough.
Really? I tried ./autogen.sh; ./configure already...
I guess it is directly coded in lib/doc/Makefile.in.
I did a (temporarily) "svn up -r 27006 lib/doc/FAQ.lyx" as a workaround.
