I can do this.I tried some months ago to build in support for Mongolian to LyX, but couldn't find out what LaTeX settings are needed. Could you send me a recipe how to user Mongolian with LaTeX (what LaTeX packages are needed etc.)? Perhaps we can support Mongolian then a bit better.
