Hi Uwe, the problem is that in the temporary file, there is not an absolute path and the chess-game files are not copied into the tmp directory. Thus, lyxskak.sty cannot find the *.fen files. If you copy them into the tmp directory, it compiles, but the output sucks. Besides that, at my place LyX can't find chess.layout / lyxskak.sty / lyxchess.sty, but that might be something with my installation. > > In case we are not able to make it compile, we should remove it. > > regards Uwe > Vincent
