The upgrade path is a no-op so no problem here.
I don't think the file format changed at all, did it? I guess maybe one
issue is that the LaTeX export has changed, because we now export things
like: \shortcut{Shift + Ins}. But I don't see that this is an issue,
since InsetInfo is only used in our own documents anyway.
