Done. Did you see my other message? We need to deal with the toggle
issue. Right now, hitting C-b repeatedly causes ugliness on screen`.
Does \boldsymbol{\boldsymbol{b}} make sense in LaTeX?
It seems to me the right way to do this might be to have an
InsetMathBoldSymbol::dispatch() method that would turn bold off, more or
less, when LFUN_FONT_BOLD is passed to it.
