It looks like it is fixed in the Arabic version, but the Hebrew version's menus and toolbars are still left aligned. I do have one suggestion though, I think it will be better if the Increase and Decrease Depth buttons can be mirrored when LyX interface is set to a RTL language, as it is a bit confusing right now.
