Lyx: 1.6.0Beta4 July 11 2008 System: Win XP Pro, sp2
Start Lyx, open the Intro document, click on the TOC. The TOC (Outline) window opens on the left, but nothing shows up there (ie no entries). Now open the Tutorial. The TOC entries are visible in the Outline window. Tab back to Intro: the TOC entries are now visible.
The DOS box for LyX doesn't go away, but shows lyx: Disabling LyX socket.
