These were added by Lars but no corresponding code exists to use them :(
It may be nearly ready by 1.1.6 but I'm not sure what Dekel has done with
his new export code.
JMarc maybe you should remove those entries from 1.1.5fix? and this would
help avoid a little of this confusion.
