I checked it and it works. I can open the file again in OmniGraffle 5.
One issue is that the detection of graphics file changes in lyx is
broken IMO, at least on Mac. I.e. the changes in OmniGraffle are
written back into the linkback file. But LyX does not update the view
in the buffer.
