The 'first ones' are likely to be system default ones. The 'last ones'
are likely the ones defined by users. When a user uses a customized
bind file that loads a system bind file and redefines a few shortcuts,
he wants to see that his own shortcuts are used. This is why I think
displaying the newest shortcuts makes more sense.

I really do not understand this. LyX reads a system bind file and a
customized bind file. If there are errors, the keybinding will not be
loaded and will not be found by 'findBindings(func)'. I mean, whether
or not there are wrong keybindings does not matter here.
