LyX should output the "\usepackage{ae,aecompl}" only if the the document font
(selected in document dialog) is  "default"
(here it is assumed that the all document classes uses the Computer Modern
fonts. If this is not true, we should add a "CM" font option, and make it the 
default option).

If you want the ps fonts, you select the "pslatex" font option,
and the "\usepackage{ae,aecompl}" command will not be generated.
