Yes. I google "\begin{CJK}{GBK}", the first link uses
\begin{CJK}{UTF8}{hei}
你好!
\end{CJK}
The second link uses
\begin{CJK*}{GBK}{song}
I tried before and \begin{CJK}{GBK}{} did not compile for my
particular installation. If LyX can not know in advance which fonts
are available, the font part must at least be configurable.
