note two things: 1) the density on the graph does not necessarily
mean the same density in the reality. when mapping ip -> location
points to the same place, only one point is added, so one point
inside some town possibly means many different ips. it maybe we
reflect how good info about IT infrastructure have www.hostip.info, i
guess american service...
2) the generation is going alphabetically through ip's, so some
contries can have quite different picture tomorrow.
