Can't view dvi or ps with latest CVS

Hi,

All of a sudden "view dvi" or "view postscript" is
broken. In both cases an "Alert" window pops up, that
says:

     Can not convert file
     Unknown format tex

The dvi/ps view worked well with earlier CVS versions!
