Thanks a lot for this good news! I was confused about 1.5 and 1.6
because I have both installed, and was convinced that the right click on
cross-references in 1.6 does the same as in 1.5. I thought that I was
talking about behaviour in 1.6 which was in fact 1.5. 
For my 1.5.3, the command-line function bookmark-goto 0 doesn't yet
work, but in 1.6 it works perfectly. I also realized that it has the
nice key-binding Ctrl-< .
