This soundS extreme...

There seem to be places in the world where killing people - both
foreign and indigenous - is less controversial than creating them.
It's a bit strange when you start thinking about it...

But I guess even in those places there are text editors capable
of, say, swapping lines 37 and 38 in lib/bind/math.bind ...
