Actually, this grammar tree can be (and was) generated within LyX: http://wiki.lyx.org/LyX/LinguistLyX#toc7 Another things that marks linguistics is IPA (phonetic symbols). A more general thing, and actually the most important thing for the humanities would probably be citations (some kind of natbib citation). Jürgen
