Joost,I have some problems with my release build of LyX using your dependency package, except for Qt which I compiled 4.4 myself. My question is: did you use some functionality of Qt4.3 to port these libraries to MSVC? I am asking because LyX won't start because of missing entries in QtCore4.dll...
As a side note, I see some patch in "trunk\development\Win32\patches\msvc", are these the latest versions? I don't see any Qt in there.
