Hi Abdel,
I assume it doesn't compile for you because you are
unsing the kde-windows libs.
But I think we only get trouble if we don't use the build-in intl.
Well, that's what the Windows installers have always done and it seems
that there's no problem. I also think we should get rid of boost
compilation by the way.
I've found a simple patch to fix the linker error:
just also build langprefs.c
