This is the tough question I hoped you would not ask :) I cannot actually substantiate this claim. I deduced that after exchanging mails with somebody who used texexec. After looking at what texexec is, I concluded that I could not make it work here because my tex does not execute external commands. How does ConTeXt manage that these days? JMarc
