I am repeating myself the fourth time. We have had these paths in our .lyx file since lyx 1.5 (I have learned something from the discussions) and nobody has ever said anything. If a user chooses to use a file with an absolute path, it is his choice to release such information. What I do not understand is that why this problem is suddenly a problem of the embedding feature.
