The bug Edwin reported has been fixed.
When you reduce the width of the size, the size of the left and right
border is both reduced until the minimum width is reached. Then the site
stays at the left side of the widow and a horizontal scroll bar appears
when the width is reduced even further.
I have reduced the minimum width a little so it doesn't include any
unnecessary background area (just the shadow is included), is that what
you mean?
