Another filename problem: copying graphics

Probably easy to fix:

* Insert a graphic with a relative path
* select it
* cut it
* insert it
=> the path of the graphic is absolute. Moreover the relative path  
from above was "made absolute" by taking the LyX binary path as the  
base.
