I haven't had time to get all the skins working, in practice only Blog and
ABitModern look ok at the moment. Let me know if I should try harder in
getting BarthelmeSkin and SimpleTabSkin to work better.
The skin Blog already has CMS stuff prepared. I could make the default if
we want.
