Do you have a reference for that? In the case of Note and ERT dialog, I always thought these (rather ridiculous) dialogs were a placeholder for not-yet existing context menus. (also, the functionality is available elsewhere: you can add each note via the menu, and you can open/close ERT with the left mourse button). Jürgen
