OK, I fixed the line width with HTML Tidy and added in nested indentation and line spacing between sections. Here's a patch.
Rex > just look into the patch you sent and compare "-" lines with "+" lines. > indentation is gone. line width is gone. it should be easy to see the > structure (indent & spacing) and to read the paragraphs (intelligent > line break). > > pavel
