Well I admit you're partially right :), I'll found a solution to this,
just include the GUI dependent stuff after all other includes ;).
The problem here is not the gui initialition, but the process event stuff.
kapp is needed for kapp->processEvents(); in the runTime() function so
GUIInit isn't a good name for the module as it is the RunTime-Module or
let's say the GUIIEventHandler() (wouldn't that be a good name ;)
And I can do this pretty fast and move this into the frontends directory
with it's own class if you want me to do this (I just assumed you where
working on LyXView as I didn't hear anything from you so I thought you
would solve this little problem ;)
