- Insert a minipage
- Inside this, insert another minipage
- In the innermost minipage, insert an image
- Now move the cursor outside the innermost, to the "parent" minipage
- Insert a different image there

=> instead of a second image being inserted at cursor location, the first
image is being replaced by the second.

This bug does not depend on mini pages. I have seen similar behaviour with images in figure floats, and also with citation insets inside normal text. Probably it's some problem with this mailer mechanism to send updates from a dialog to the inset.
