The performance of SF web hosting is currently much better than two
years ago and it's definitely more reliable than the current server.
Downloads are always very fast and a regional mirror is selected
automatically.
We'd have to ask for additional project space, the default is 100MB/prj,
and 5MB/user. Today we use a few hundred MBs.

137M /home/lyx/www/trac
1.1M /home/lyx/www/viewcvs-0.9.2
8.6M /home/lyx/www/www-user
The larger stuff in the wiki looks as follows:
12M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/0.6.15
2.3M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/devel
17M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/farm.d
1.5M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/ipfm
3.8M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/test
263M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/uploads
16M /home/lyx/www/pmwiki/wiki.d
To summarize for the wiki, the uploads account for about 260 MB, and the
rest for about 50 MB. As for the ~lyx/www/sourcedoc, ~lyx/ww/trac, I
don't know how/if we'd need them on a SF-server.
In general, shifting to SF feels a bit risky to me.
