imho the priority #1 is to have users manual compilable without _any_ special action on the users side. anything else gives very wrong impression of lyx no matter if we are (not) responsible. if we are not allowed to distribute floatflt package or there is no workaround i vote for removing it from documentation even if its a regression :( pavel
