This is probably going to be my last contribution for a few weeks...
Attached is a full InsetRef patch.
InsetRef is now GUI-independent.
"reference-insert" will emit a signal, launching a large-scale FormRef dialog
similar (a little better? ;-) to the current one.
Clicking on an existing reference will also launch this dialog, but without the
browser. The user can't change the reference, but can navigate and can change
all other aspects of the inset (reference type and name for non-latex
documents).
This last behaviour can be scrapped by editting TWO lines in InsetRef::Edit.
You choose what to do here!

form_ref.fd to go in src/frontends/xforms/forms
form_ref.[Ch] are redundant but Lars may find it easier to include them rather
than regenerate!
