Since I'm using external programs to do everything I need, I find it
easier to do everything by the disk, I could attempt to use pipes, but
then I'm not sure every program will be useable, for example it seems like
ImageMagick cannot output to stdout, just to a file.

I believe that this issue can be delayed to the next stage of
InsetGraphics, I'd rather deal with the burning issues like getting it to
show the inline images correctly with transparency and all the other
goodies than to spend time on optimizations.
