name still states that the menu will number the formula.
When it is not clear for me that this menu will in this case do the opposite, I guess it will be
confusing for others too. The name "toggle" instead implies that the numbering is toggled by this menu.

"math-nonumber" and "number this line" is exactly the opposite. The
LFUN should be renamed to "math-linenumber".
