Hmm, I actuall did it but with a configure option and disabled by default,
I really think that having it with a configure option is better since this
might be usefull even for 1.1.6 is released (probably without a complete
InsetGraphics), at least this way they'll be able to create PDF's without
using any sed magic scripts.

Making it enabled by default and without configure magic will be annoying,
how would anyone disable it? the configure magic will do the trick, if you
want it disabled by default and without configure magic that's fine.
