I have thought about this (for years actually...), and I think that we
should not to this. With that I mean not do it now...after the cleanup
in LyXText and in LyXParagraph is finished we can look at this issue
again, and make a better desicion. It is possible that we then can
have the whole document be a list (or rather a tree) of insets.

No, as it is now, LyXParagrap will stay, remember tat LyXParagraph is
used inside InsetText too.
