concluding all the debates around lfuns i vote for:
i) dont do any kind of resorting of lfuns in lfuns.h
and continue to add doxies in the current style
for the time being.
ii) if there is a way how to output list from the
doxies around LFUNS in the .cpp file then
a) firstly resort them thematically - this can take
some time to get it 'right'
b) later move doxy comment there from .h
