I committed the line for "Serbian (Latin)" to SVN. But I couldn't use "[EMAIL PROTECTED]" as language code because this leads to errors when building the translation files (po-files). It seems that no character behind RS is allowed, so I leaft if as "sr_RS. But anyway, the correct language code doesn't matter.
So, currently, Lyx language “Serbian” with babel translations “serbian” and iso8859-5 char map is useless. I hope to change this (as soon as I learn how to create cyrillic babel translations).
This is not difficult: Take the Russion babel translation to see how it is done. When you finished the translations, send it as attachment to a new bug report here: http://www.latex-project.org/cgi-bin/ltxbugs2html?introduction=yes&state=open (http://www.latex-project.org/bugs.html) Additianally also inform Johannes Braams, the babel maintainer, about your new translation. regards Uwe
