Systemcall progress

I've added the progress view of Systemcalls.

The dock widget could be enabled by the menu entry in 'View'.

Like SignalSlotPrivate the name of the Qt
specific code is SystemcallPrivate.

Hope I've fixed correctly the other build systems.
