Yes, I saw that this was a problem before when I was doing searches for
a solution to it. Apparently this bug is back, at least for me. I've
tried everything from a user standpoint that I can think of to correct
this problem. Removed all prior settings for lyx, qt, and kde. Did a
completely clean install of LyX after compiling it myself. All without
any luck.

So, where do I go from here? I know almost nothing about c++ so there's
no chance I will be able to find this bug and fix it myself. And as it
is, I can't use LyX right now to do what I need to do because of this
problem.
