Either the header is included or it is not. I suggest to remove these
superfluous declarations if the header is included or to include the

Someone has added this declarations due to the include acrobatic
when compiling tex2lyx, therefore it seems it is not that simple.
I see. We should probably make tex2lyx use FontInfo directly...
