I think there's a misunderstanding here. We never said this is not a problem. We just said that the problem is on the Windows and Mac platforms and that this is where there is something to cure, that's all. When this is solved (with buttons, url, or favorites or whatever) then the documentation should just say that the example files are easily accessible via the file dialog. The user will see it differently on each platform but that's fine, we don't need to go that level of accuracy in the docs.
