Fedora 6 is about to be EOL. That's why Fedora 4 is still Qt4.1. There haven't been upgrades for it for a year, even security upgrades. So it's basically dead, and if anyone is still using it, they shouldn't be. I say this even though I am myself slow to upgrade some of my machines.
