I am not sure where they belong because they only work now with the
outermost Text. Ideally, I would create a Text::outline() method and
move the LFUN to Cursor::dispatch() (which does not exist yet). As I
have no plans for these right now, it's up to you to decide. The minimum
effort is to move them in the anonymous namespace of Text3.cpp.
