There is this deadKeyBindigns() function in LyX.cpp, that is not called by others. Is this function dead (and should be removed?)
BTW, I am moving keybindings in defaultKeyBindings() to 'site.bind', which can be customized by package maintainers for a specific platform. This will be done soonish to fix the shortcut panel's apply problem. Cheers, Bo
