I said:

When you have a LyX file created with LyX 1.5 or before that contains "\%" in a URL inset, this will be converted to an URL character style as "\%", so nothing is changed. When you create a new document and use the new Hyperlink inset, you get "\backslash{}%" when typing in "\%". This is the same as you type in normal text, so what is wrong?
